My team created a gamified tool to help potential recruits to pass the aptitude test exam required for utilities. Users get to practice math and reading comprehension exercises to drive up retention during the hiring process.
To create this app, my full stack developer skills also came into play, as the users needed to create accounts with an invitation code, accounts and emails which were verified through two-factor authentication, and then the result of their tests stored in a secure database, without identifying information to comply with several privacy policies.
